Hello , i have register example.it in 2008 and on the trademarks database for europe i not have look any registration for my domain.
On may 2012 write me a legal representative of a uk company and ask me the domain (example.it) for free + legal fees + my dichiaration to not use any way this key in any others future my domains.
The uk company have initiata a trade mark registration for all europe on october 2011 and this trade mark have go to ok after 7 months on may 2012 .
I have the domain from 2008 , what I could do?
this domain is for bet in italy and for italy legislation , you not can have a betting online site if you not have italy game license called AAMS.
This uk company , have request now the license AAMS for make online betting in italy and I think that has not yet obtained .
Have you any suggestion for me ?
