It's a decent April 1 joke, but I also agree about posting it in the general forum (or, perhaps the appraisal forum)...
As for what does it say ? Well, the market is down, and buyers will (sometimes) consider any BIN price - regardless how unlikely or suspicious - as being an opportunity.

Guys, get a life! It was APRIL 1! NO ONE here is stupid enough to sell A1.COM for $25! If you own this domain, you have gotten zillions of offers through the years and resisted. Geez.
BTW - I offer reg fee (just in case).
