One domain has just dropped, but been picked up by a professional domain service company. Here is the message that my current domain agent sent to me.

"we recommend you keep this domain on backorder until 3/13/2009. The current owner may be testing it for monetizaion purposes and has five days after the create date to test the domain before cancelling it for a refund."

Does it mean that the registrar probably will throw it away in 5 days?

If the domain name is not a keyword, it is highly likely that they will drop it in this time of recession. So just keep an eye on it and the second it is available, grab it.
