"Account compromise" notice - real or scam?

I just received an email titled "Account compromise notice - Moniker Hosting". It's supposedly from Moniker Technical Support.

Since I don't open emails that might be spam, can anyone confirm whether this is a real communication from Moniker?
 
Just call Moniker and talk to your account rep?
