Cheaters, scammers, thieves, liars and other crooks tend to be repeat offenders - especially when they think that they can get away with it.

I like studying the patterns of their behavior; if I can warn others about something, I will.

After the previous batch of scams that involved BuyDomains and NetSol, I believe we need a channel of notification that informs these selling or parking platforms (Sedo, Afternic, Parked, etc) along with the registrars about domains that are not being sold legitimately. The arrogant statement of the thief in the bag.net thread that there are other places to sell it, shows just that. So let's create a method of informing these places - including other major forums when a stolen domain is being offered for sale.

I also think it's time to open a section dedicated only for scammers where we can post every information we have about these rats, address, phone, IP, family, child.

We need a website that will publish and send warnings in various formats for other domain related websites.
Those websites can subscribe to that service for an email update about scams and the website can host more details for scammers, scam methods, ways to prevent scamming or even get out of a scam.
