Greetings,
This site was my business in Kauai when I lived there. It made a great living both online and as a brick and mortar business. I left Kauai 1 year ago and found it hard to maintain the site as it was (booking activities such as helicopter flights, boat trips, deep sea fishing, luaus, kayaking, etc) . I have now changed over to 100% google adsense revenue, which is small now but the potential is great.
I now get approx. 2000 uniques a month and growing. The site was created 09-Jul-2004 and is paid until 09-Jul-2007. The hosting company is ipowerweb.com, which has awesome tools and 24/7 support.
I also have the following domains for sale (recently parked at sedo.com):

carquotegenie.com
carsearchgenie.com
cheapvacationlondon.com
comparepurchasemortgages.com
