Please appraise actuate.us.
Before commenting though, examine the research on this name.
- there are were about 2407 searches for "Actuate" in January 2003 according to suggestiontool.com. (The word actuator for would've been better for search results and commerce - buts it's taken)
- The domain "actuate" is registered in all extensions
-Actuate.com, Actuate.info are actually developed sites by companies
- actuate.biz is being developed by a company as indicated on that website
- actuate.net is a developed website, but I'm not sure if the owner is a company or some type of non-profit organization
-The word actuate is TM by Actuate Computer Software company, but there are so many other non-infringing uses that the name could be used for that there is really no TM infringement issue. This is also evident by the fact that other companies have been able to register and use the word "actuate" with the other extensions like .info, .biz, etc.
