It was hard to decide which forum to place this thread in. While it does include a developed website with revenue, this sale is based on the unique niche this name has and the subsequent development potential it posseses.

I put the current Acura.TL website online in October 2005 with the idea to get it indexed and build some organic traffic before eventually turning it into a message board community and/or news site. Well between point A and point B I became sidetracked with a million other sites...in fact I haven't touched or promoted this site in any way since it initially went online.

The traffic has gradually ramped up, mainly from image searches. The CTR is relatively low as a result, but the groundwork has been established for someone who wants to re-design this site and utilize the current traffic and revenue. It is already making $20/month with poor SEO optimization.
