adding Arabic forum request

I cann't find an arabic forum although arabic idns are hot k:

can you please add an arabic forum

but I think this forum doesn't support arabic very well and some letters appear distorted

I am an arabic native and I am ready to help any time :smilewinkgrin:

especially with languages like arabic which is written from right to the left
