Hey John,

All's fixed now. On the other forums, I was simply linking to the SP auction as it had all the info there and all the offers can be made public. This forum doesn't allow linking to that and I had neglected to add the info right here.

Thanks to the mods, who helped fix everything.

Yes, I am the official broker. I am in constant touch (via telephone) with the owner. Any questions asked are sent to him and answered directly by him. I'm just helping on getting this site sale moving as he's busy.
