My agreement with Anneliese was

1. Her Sunshine Template and templates Customization
2. PHPMYDIRECTORY Program Customization with the template
3. PHPMYDIRECTORY Program Installation

All under agreed price of GBP155. I send an advance of GBP 78 and the rest was agreed to be paid after the job is done. While doing she stopped her work, deleted the template from my server without acknowledgement and just took my balance for granted. If you need more proof I can drop you our first email which I sent her with the project details and which would prove that she is a cheat.
