Fundraiser - these were my thoughts as well. A NY law firm had already obtained the adoption.law.pro domain one year ago. We are a New York based law firm representing individuals in a practice limited to civil rights, special education, discrimination, adoption and children's law.
I think development (a directory of adoption professionals in particular and general info on adoption) will be a good way to begin.
