I applied several times since I thought I wasn't getting approved. Then after a couple of weeks I received several invitations. Give it time and you should be approved.

India, As in the country? Not sure, it does take a few weeks to get approved it took me two weeks until I received an e-mail from Yahoo stating I was approved. =]

You have to have an American Tax-ID and American mailing address to be eligable for a YPN account at this point.

Ugly, I got approved in like a week...you can call them too and ask for a rush on it (tell them you are tired of google) but be nice! Should get you right in!
