PHP Construct framework v1.0
Framework v1.0 is a framework that allows you to quickly prototype
a php/mysql website with a members only directory. This framework is
designed to be both modular and simple to use.
Installation Instructions:
1. Create the MySQL database using the included db.sql file.
2. Edit the config.php file in the secure directory to match your database settings.
3. Edit the globals.php in the secure directory to match your sites settings.
4. Upload all the files making sure to keep the file tree intact to your web server.
5. Modify the CSS to match your preferred styles.
To add a new page to the top level directory just rename the template.php to your
desired name and edit the template to be included on this page. To create a new template
for a page just open up the template file in the templates
directory and edit as needed.
To add a new page in the reg directory follow the same instructions above just
use the template.php in the reg directory and use template_reg.inc.php for the
content.
NOTE: When you add new code or functionality you should create a code snippet
for reuse later. Place this snippet in the assets/snippet directory. All your
images, creatives, and CSS files should also be placed in the assets directory.
