closed Adult design board - free designs

I found this board a couple of weeks ago:

Adult Canvas

They discuss adult programs and website design. The great thing is that they are "giving" free designs by using credits earned by posting on their board.

Oh god

The guy who created it committed suicide after being caught ripping off adult webmasters and people on eBay for 6 figures.

It's been all over the adult webmaster boards:

Can you point me to a thread on an adult bbs which discusses this? From the news articles I wasn't able to make the connection to Adult Canvas.

I'll PM you, I don't think most adult webmaster boards like a hotlink like that ... nor do the owners of a board like this

Well, I would have, but apparenlty I don't have permission to PM ...

Check who owns the domain adultcanvas.com, then read the articles and you can match it up

Yeah, I saw it on GFY, Cozy Campus and AVS Lounge, and now it's on almost every board.

He did some work for me, just $80 worth, and it wasn't completed fully, but I'm lucky that's all it was, having read the horror stories of others.

If his wife is caught, she'll bear the brunt of his cowardice since he's dead.
