Ok I have some of these listed on another thread, but I do not have current individual stats for each name and I have decided that I want to sell my entire adult portfolio and network of adult sites. 1200+ names about 97% are .com a few .net and .org most of which are duplicates of the .coms
There are a lot of good names with name value, very good site names and also names with future value and a ton of SEO Keyword names, most are also older names of up to 8 years old. Also many adult product and sexy toy names.
The traffic is only going to continue to grow as more and more people come online all over the world and the world population grows.
Right now I am getting over 25K visitors a month almost all U.S. Not all 1200 names are pointed at the page either so there is more traffic than I have included.
I have all names funneled into an affiliate page. I have not done much to it lately as I'm busy working on other things.
But for someone that needs adult names and adult traffic this is a great opportunity. Or for someone that wants to develop a massive adult network.
I just want out of adult I have other projects that inspire me that I really want to work on and I own over 3000 more non-adult names.
If you had to pay for this traffic from affiliates or from PPC you would pay between .10-.15 a visitor or $2500 - $3750 a month based on the 25K number which is lower than the true level of traffic. And you would not own any assets, appreciation or have any name value at all.
Your conversion and retention process will determine how much you will make from this traffic.
I'm not selling this on a parking rev model which is a total joke. Parking is the worst thing you can do with a name and they screw you on top of that.
I have made about $1500 to $3K a month from affiliate sales with NO SEO at all. If you work bonus days or stay up with promotions even more. But I am not selling this on income alone.
If I don't sell it I'll have to hire someone to work it for me. And if you hired some people to do SEO and build a adult network you make a fortune. (The reason I don't is I no longer want to be associate with the adult side of the net because of future projects I'm getting involved with or I'd hire offshore and build it myself.)
If you are a person with vision and can see an opportunity now knowing the value will be much greater in the future through appreciation, traffic growth and development or you have your own affiliate network of adult sites this is the deal for you.
