closed adult templates

I recently got some adult templates that I hope to sell. Im not in the adult but as far as templates they aren't bad and I feel I can make money on them. Sadly I wont be able to upload for viewing, but heres my questions. If I find a buyer how could i check or afford legal problems if its some 15 year old child?

You can require credit card verification, or even telephone verification if you wish. Something like that is not unheard of in the adult business.

Speaking of which, are you able to put some screenshots of these templates somewhere? I may be interested.
