I am thinking of selling my adultish blog....Reason? Apart from a pop under I have on the site I am crap at making $$$ from it.
It currently averages 9k uniques a day (Tho got upto 11k other day and 10k few times this month), and so far this month have made $122 from the pop under, I expect to make around $300 come end of month if I keep it.
That $300 is only from the pop under, if you know what you're doing with this type of site you should be earning treble that and more, that person who knows what he is doing isn't me tho.
As I say that $300 is from one pop under, if you went with the other option of two pop unders you'd be earning double that but I didn't go for it as not too keen on pop unders or pop ups as it is but is only way for to make $$$.
Ok, first off, the site doesn't run itself, you update every day with a new 'babe of the day' which is a feature on the site, archive the old one and update the main page with at least ten links.
Finding the links is easy as I will give the owner a txt file of urls of where to find links to post.
Every few days you should also do something on your site like make a gallery or stream a video on it then you submit it to 4/5 link dumps where you get a lot of traffic, these sites will be in the txt file as well.
The gallerys and videos I currently have on the site which I have done are hosted on www.imagevent.com which is a image and video hosting service for $25 a yr and unlimited BW, I've had it since November and you will also get this account, you can either carry on using this service or upload the stuff to your own server, but you will need a dedi I reckon.
The current site with the design etc is hosted on a 50gb package but right now it's taking up just 2gb a day bw with just the design, so you will need to upgrade that package or completely move it to another server. The next package up is $45 for 100gb, so I would recommend just moving it.
The site takes time to do every day and you need to be committed, bottom line is you need to
- Post 10+ links a day
- Do the babe of the day every day
- Submit your own stuff like gallery's etc to the link dumps as this is where you will get a lot of traffic and a lot of returning traffic and exposure to the site for free.
As I said, I will write everything out in a txt file for the linkdumps to use and sites to get links from daily.
Post here if you want the url and are a serious buyer, no timewasters pls just wanting the url, only post if you're interested.
Payment can be via Paypal but www.moneybookers.com is preferred, if you have Paypal account you should be able to set up a Moneybookers account too, it will cause me a lot less hassle.
Think that's everything, once a potential buyer has seen the site and is still interested I will then give them proof of stats and earnings from the pop under and answer any further questions.
The site also runs a cjultra trade traffic script, so apart from the site pages the mysql database for that would have to be backed up if you move server.

Oh I forgot to say the site is PR1 but I am damn sure that will pop up to least pr3/4 on next update and it comes with another domain I used to use for the site that fowards to the new url when I changed it which is a PR3 domain.
