Okay...I have a really high traffic proxy site. I'm currently running:
Adversal PopUnders @ $1.2 CPM, Adbrite (interstitial + 1 text ad on the proxy header) @ $1 CPM with both (including clicks), and I run Google Adsense on the pront page which currently earns about 3 times the others.
There has to be something better for the actual proxy/header. My proxy is strictly for MySpace and I geo filter for US traffic only.
I've applied at Casale, ValueCLick, Clicksor, and BannerConnect but got denied for it being proxy site. I'm currently hoping to get YPN and RIght Media approved but they are both pending. Do you guys have any suggestions for more income?
