Hi, I own a webmaster domain name forum and I need more traffic, members and post! What could I do to get the above and be able to pay with paypal please. Thanks for any info

Honestly the best way to get traffic is to place PPC ads, but as some do not have the budget for this you can try placing a banner on a site that has content similar to yours. If you go with PPC just go to google or overture.
There are many other ways to such as increasing your pagerank via quality links and content that cost you nothing. If you need help feel free to PM or email me and I will be glad to help you for free.
