Advice needed - I want to approach endusers but not sure how to?

Hi all,

Basiclly I am wanting to approach possible end users for a domain I have recently managed to get my hands on but I am not sure how to.

How should I word my emails, or would it be better to write to them?

The target audience is most likely going to be ISPs and other similar companies.

Also, are there any do's and dont's when contacting possible end users?
