I received an email for a decent offer on one of my domains.

In the past, I have sold all of my names through platforms such as Sedo, etc. This will be my first time transacting the sale by myself.

Can anyone offer some helpful advice as to how to proceed with caution? For example, I know that I should be doing an IP search of the senders email address, but what exactly am I loooking for? Will I be safe if I use an escrow service such as Escrow.com?

Thanks!!

If you are happy with the offer then Escrow would be fine.
You can change DNS to Dan.com and sell under Bring your own lead and dan will charge 5% commission instead of 15% or more

Good luck.

Internet financial scams are widespread, so tread carefully, better to use an escrow service to protect your information and investment!
