Advice regarding .net domains.

.net is pegged as the most popular behind .com, so if you have powerful generics there's no reason you couldn't achieve impressive resale value.
Having said that, a domain is only ever worth what someone will pay!
I do know minigolf.net recently sold for 5,500 Euros which is definitely a good sign though.

I am of the belief that anything developed and developed properly with SEO will rank well and can beat the pants off anything.
It also seems that .net is much more accepted and used by European nations.
