it has been set up around 4 months ago.. currently reciving around 35000 unique visitors a month and by looking at stats, its growing.

due to time limitation and other websites and not being able to put time and monitoring the ads i decided to sell.

last month adsense rev was $231 plus there was a few of $15 top ad listing fee.

currently looking at offers, i might set up a BIN later on.

I am a one man band, and thats basically one of the reasons i am selling this one for now, there are other sites to follow as things getting out of my hand and not much of a life.

maintenance would be about an hour a day to go through new ads and remove unwanted ads.. so far that is what i have been doing

not sure what you mean about advertising cost? do you mean listing costs? if so, its a free classified site, however there is a $15 fee if they want to have their ad as TOP ad or so called feature ad.

domain renewal cost around NZD$25 a year

no ppl hired, just me..
