I have parked the domain at fabulous.com and have noticed plenty of traffic. Surely, the value of the misspelled name and the traffic would be worth something

but yeah the only value is if there is traffic

If you think you can afford it, Good Luck, but in this case, apraisals are worthless !

Domain is worth 12 months parking revenue, there are high ppc bids on "affiliate" keyword.
