Hello,
I intend to sell a website that I created which sells a particular product via an affiliate marketing system (CLICKBANK), where people promote my product in exchange for a referral fee. ( it is all done through a 3rd party affiliate service automatically. i dont have to pay anyone manually)
The product is membership access to a site which provides tutorials and guides for a popular online activity.
It has existed for about 1.5 years, receives approximately 30,000 unique visitors a month (in 2009), and earns (as of 2009) on average about US$100 a day from sales.
Hosting is cheap (paid yearly), the domain is a .com and there are no other fees associated with running the site.
Also, the site requires little to no maintenance at all or updating. It runs by it self.
It is very possible for the new owner to earn $300 + a day by updating the site from its current condition and improving the quality of the digital product. (the members only area)
