I spent lots of hours creating this site and adding all the affiliates and blog posts. All the content is unique and added by me, including all the screen shots of the affiliate sites.

The big money in a site like this is referring your users to affiliates that have multi-tier programs. Basically, if someone visits your directory and signs up and then makes $100, you get a certain percent of that every time they get paid. Imagine if you get 50+ to sign up, thats lots of money every month on auto pilot.
I am selling this site because i have too many other projects going on and need the money right now.
