It's a pity the domain is a .tv one. In my opinion its value is around $xxx .
But you can find interested investors (resellers or end-users) and then the value could increase.

I am a native Spanish speaker and afiliacion.tv doesn't ring a bell at all. Maybe the english counterpart means something but, although the translation is impeccable, i don't see any use for the spanish term with a tv tld. I do have a couple of such pairs in my portfolio, so I understand your point. I am sure that when you find a buyer for affiliation, you can use the Spanish term to increase the perceived value.
