Afternic Domain Verification - Help Needed!

Does Afternic verify ownership of a domain before letting a user add a domain? I am concerned with one of my purchases that the domain is stolen OR the person selling does not own the domain. Can I possibly lose my money?

Any help would be much appreciated. I have verified that all domains listed in the user's account have different whois information. I already paid for the domain I purchased through Buy It Now but have left a message for afternic with my concerns and also emailed the person on the whois information to verify they are selling.

Here is the link to the seller that is selling these domains... There are some good deals BUT I highly doubt they own any of the domains.

Also, autobuy.com appears to be a developed site so doubt they would be selling for $500.

Wow I guess afternic just lets users add whatever domains they want to their account.
Examples:
Animal.com for $499
Glue.com for $499
