850 for a site that makes no money? Is completely static which makes it difficult to update, and you havent stated how much traffic it gets?? Also its not hard to get alot of traffic with an aim site, especially with the link exhange rating program.

If you don't find the site that valuable, then don't try to buy it, you don't need to tell everyone that you don't think the site is that valuable.

Indeed, you could argue that its easy to get traffic to any site by exchanging links. Link exchanges are a very common practice.
