I'm basically selling this site because I have a different idea and can not devote as much time as I wanted to in this site.

We currently get about 5-10 new members a day.

The site is at a pr2 right now, however, I bought 2 months text linking on 4 PR 6 sites, and 2 months text linking on 1 PR7 site, so the PR level of the domain will increase.

I also released a spider trap that--in 3 days--got our number 1 search string in google (aim programs) up to the number 6 spot out of 2,350,000 results.

I will keep this spider trap up until the domain it is on expires.

Also a key note to remember is that the person who helped me create this site use to own www.BlueShadowz.com. So alot of his friends that made his old site very popular are now on my site.

I will accept all bids in the $XXX range or higher.

There is a reserve on this site, however, it is semi-low.

Another point I would like to make is that the layout is custom made by the old owner of blueshadowz.com and the logo is custome made, and all the flash is custom made.

The forum was heavily modified and translated from dutch (?) to english, so it is semi-custom made.

This is not a cookie-cutter site...it was made to be big, and will be big...I just would rather work on other things besides aim sites.

I had asked the owner that same question. Here is what he said...

When we got our forum installed, people had a place and reason to come back, plus after the forum was installed, I started advertising it better, and I did the search engine thing to get my keywords up in the rankings
