Heya,
The website, AIMChamp.com, is up for sale. I recently bought the website with plans to promote it but it's just not going to work for me - it conflicts with another website that I have and I don't have the time for it. It has drawn in almost 6000 uniques last month alone. This month, it only has around 150 so far but this is without any updates and changes.

All images and such on the website are fine to use and the backend is custom - no template crap. The site is already established and could become quite profitable if you added ads.
