You'll probably get a few type-ins, but I would probably make a post in the Legal Issues forum to see people's opinion on the TM aspects of this name. I wouldn't have the guts to reg a name like this.

I did like you said there is an obvious copyright issue but www.aimbuddy.com is still running with many others out there so I figured this might be okay.
