There is really no point in asking for appraisals. The real world value with present market conditions is reflected in the price paid.

Two years ago, this would be different and no doubt a much steeper price paid.

There may be some room to go on a buyer vs. end user valuation.

For now, that is a true valuation. And I think the same may be said for all extensions.

The market has spoken.

Two years from now, who knows.
