when i was using adsense the site received on average $60/mth, i hired an indian web developer to create another site for me unrelated to this one and my adsense acct was closed by Google. Since this time, the traffic still keeps coming but low conversions without adsense. At this point i do not want to claim any revenue as i do not have suitable "up to date" proof. Am willing to sell with content if buyer would like.
