http://www.AlanyaHotels.net - Very nice Travel Portal with information about Alanya, resorts, weather, golf, attractions, rentals, hotels etc.
Site has been LIVE since 4th March 2009. To date (Google Analytics):
1,285 visitors
4,827 pageviews
3.7 pages/visit
3mins,16sec. avg time on site
31% traffic now coming from Search Engines
20% direct traffic
These past few weeks, the site has been appearing effortlessly on page 2/page 3 of Google for the terms "Alanya Hotels".
The site was developed in PHP and is currently monetized using Google AdSense, Amazon books and Interactive Affiliate Network (IAN.com) for all hotel/travel reservations. Various tools have been added to the site like weather forecasts, current exchange rates, RSS news readers and Google Maps. The site also has a customized flash video player with the site logo. This site can be hosted on any shared hosting account that can handle PHP websites.
The site has very good earning potential in the right hands (better adsense strategy/positioning, further affiliate signups, banners, paid hotel listings etc.).
If you are interested please PM me for more details or make an offer.
Thanks.
