Custom built site using PHPLD software. Custom logo and favicon too. There are currently 120 pages indexed by Google.com. You can easily modify the site to include cities within each state which are the current categories. This is a Pay per listing site where you can sell basic or featured listing.
This is an easy to run back end and will be very lucrative once you start selling listings. Transfer of license, site, DB is included OR hosting for one year where it currently is.
