Twitter.com typo twittelr dot com is being used to infect computers. You'll get a private message like "Someone is blogging bad things about you" with a link. And once you click, your computer gets infected.

No, I think he meant "computer" as it tries to make you login to twitter through the bogus gateway... that's not platform dependent. While there may be some malware on that site that is platform dependant, being so smug as to think "I'm immune 'cause I've got a Mac" is just daft...
