Wow, thats outstanding traffic. If you are doing a fair job of turning those visitors into cash, then this is a High $XXXX to low $XX,XXX, IMO.

Google banner which you have. Can charge people $xx per month to advertise on your site. I would recommend cleaning up the layout a bit to make it more attractive if you are going to get advertisers.
