www.netlox.com ? althou escrow.com is the one I use most often

escrow.com is not accepting the state where the seller resides due to some type of license needed for that state.

So is netlox.com reliable in sending payments for a high transaction amount around a few thousand?

Any other comments from anyone else on them or other services?
