if you do find an end user , i think both together around maybe a 1000$ i think would make sense, because even though its 3 keywords, their all very commonly used words that make sense together, but the problem is i think to find tour companies willing to fork up the cash..

unless you plan on developing it into something nice and create traffic, then you might have bargaining power saying that you already have steady traffic, and that those are potential clients, but undeveloped... its would be hard to really put a value, alot of it is based on luck, cuz i dont think their would be flocks of people interested.. AMERICANhometour.com isnt developped either
