TM problem. You will get a C&D letter. I used to own AmericanaExpress.com and got a C&D from Amex.

Don't do anything with it and change your info in the whois so you don't have them contacting you. Don't renew it. Also I see you have it so that it goes to an afilliate landing page. Make it so that the domain doesn't resolve.

I always hear people talking about deleting a domain. How do you do that? I have an enom account and I don't see anywhere to do that.

Why don't you just be a sport and contact them first and turn it over.
You may also want to read up on the legalities in the Trademark/ Domains arena, it will save you a lot of time and expense.

best of luck.

Do not do that! Just delete the domain if you are able or change your whois information.

email enom and they will delete the name.
if it is less than 5 days old it will delete right away. otherwise it will go through the deletion cycle.
do not contact them.
delete it.

I don't know why you would tell him to do that. He has not been contacted by AmEx yet, and they are probably not even aware the domain has been registered. The last thing you want to do is get their legal department involved in any way. I think you have enough posts to know better.

Just change your whois info and set it so that the domain doesn't resolve. Problem solved.

They will either threaten legal action and/or give you the option to cancel it or turn it over to them.

I had problems last week with Olympics domains and wrote to enom and they cnacelled it as it had been registered for less than 3 days. However I have seen around plenty of sites using the olympic/s words in their domain...
