There are several TM's on AMEX. My own guess is that if you stay TOTALLY out of their way (ie their products, services, target markets), you should be okay.

Are you really thinking about putting your "whatever" list of names there?

Not such an incredible value undelss developed cleverly.

Sorry, what I meant was that if I run across a name that I think might be interesting but might have "issues" or difficult to develop or just that I am not really enthused about I add it to my expirefish list - I don't expect to pick it up and I don't get all bummed if I don't. My 'whatever" list.
