any thoughts on these?

Amped.us

Common term in todays language.

3.3 million "google" results

1.4 million "Msn" results

OVT 1987

SuckIt.us

1.9 million "google" results

1.9 million "msn" results

OVT 9537

Thanks,

The second sounds like a good adult name. Amped might be worth a bit as well, as long as there was no confusion issues with the mobile phone service of the similar name.

i think the mobile phone company is "AMPD"

but i guess the confusion could be made. there is also a new energy drink called ampd and a video game by the same name.

then again i guess there are many domains that are one word types that are similar to other big company/product names i.e. "windows" comes to mind

How much do you think it would be worth to a reseller? and an end user?

Thanks for the opinion.

Not much. Having the .us extension, at least the literal part should be PREMIUM to get any value. Goog results and OVT are irrelevant if the domain is NOT ranked on first page. 3.3 million results might mean "buried below 3.3 million websites" or "not ranked at all".

It's gotta have a good generic value to end users through, right? Because, at least with amped.us, I can sort of imagine that applying to extreme sports... techonology... music... or several other areas.
