Am starting to getting more serious about selling it. It's on sedo (set at "make offer") and godaddy premium domains for $97k. Going to work it more actively and contacting possible buyers directly. It's my best domain.

Excellent domain! As with tangible real estate, its value is subjective. It could be worth more than $97K to the right buyer, for example to a magazine or an entity in the comedy niche. Good luck with it.

Anything could be worth 6-figures. You have to weight in the odds of sale and the length of the hold.
It's highly unlikely someone will pay that much.
There isn't a clear monetization method, which is a kiss of death for a domain.
