Nice keyword with very strong overture (417,000K+). Though others have their opinions, I believe that .cc does have value for high search terms such as this as evidenced by the dwindling number of opportunities to register a word such as this in any acceptable extention. It is also my opinion that there is, though it is still a minority, a growing community that accepts .cc as a viable alternative in the keyword recognition market (market based on value of potential traffic to be generated by clicks on the sight of a term regardless of extention). You can look no farther than the recent high profile sales of austria.cc, greece.cc and others. Look back at the archives of domain sales as reported at dnjournal.com for more examples. Now granted they are not nearly as prolific as the more mainstream extensions but they do show that there is a market out there for three, four, and even five-figure sales of .cc, you just have to be very patient and will to invest time (and some capital) in marketing the name. I have put Scotland.cc up a few times with offers.
