AnnualBenefit.Com : $349
AnnualCharity.Com : $349
These are two top tier domains that have tremendous value.
Think about the amount of money charity foundations spend annually on keeping their donor's attentions. Especially with the presidential election coming up there will be a mass influx of new charity / benefit events occurring. Using this prime domain for one of them (any org you find as an end user) or making a web site listing all the annual charity events both have a ton of potential.
If you develop domains you buy here think about the type of money people throwing $1,000 a plate dinners would pay to have newhaven.annualbenefit.com with a mini page showing their benefit, when it occurs, etc .. Heck, it would actually be really easy to hook up and charge the customers having benefits saying $19.99 a month for just the keyword boost - and upsell promotional services, featured listings on the main page, the list goes on.
Heck I might develop this myself if noone buys, so much potential here ... Until I wrote it out and thought about how simple it would be to setup, I don't think it fully hit me.
