anonymous offers - how to

AfterNIC used to have a feature to make anonymous offers, but their new website seems to have eliminated that feature.

Are there any other services that will submit anonymous purchase offers to domain owners?

I just write and say I'm making the offer on behalf of someone else. I don't see why I Should involve someone else (who may make a higher offer!).
