I am selling another of my simple adsense sites.
Future Phones
created base on wordpress backend.
I was doing my industrial training around May 2011 and was researching on wireless handphone and found a youtube video with an account promoting futurephones.tv
the url was expired but I registered it for 2 years and just placed what I learnt with some additional info from the internet.
After making sure it was indexed by linking from my main blog I just let it like that and up to now earned like around $30 bucks.
Oct - $6.17
Nov 2011 - $3.11
Dec 2011 - $4.92

The niche seems to pay good money as it average $0.5 per click and even with min traffic an no proper SEO done and it still manage to earn some bucks.
If you think you an update it into a proper mini site with some SEO it can earn much more.
Selling it for just $100 bucks.
