The American multinational, Yahoo.com has filed a UDRP with the National Arbitration Forum seeking control of the domain name YahooMessengerApp.com
The domain name was first registered on 26th October, 2013.

Yahoo has filed the UDRP complaint on November 25, 2014.

It is my sincere advice for everyone to double check for trademarks before you go on to buy a domain name. Especially when you are starting out, you should take utmost care not to buy a domain name.
Also, if you have any trademark domains in your portfolio, it is better to delete it before someone comes after you.

this is an easy one. blatant violation of the yahoo tm. it should not even be up for discussion and the panelist on naf should rule in yahoo's favor, end of story.
a newbie will know Yahoo Messenger App is in fact spelled correctly for the product yahoo offers, even a non-domainer should be reprimanded as this is inexcusable for anyone imo.
